Refunds
Last updated 13 September 2026
The short version: if we do not deliver what you paid for, you get that part of your money back. Delivery is measured against what actually arrived, not against what was attempted.
When a refund is due
- Nothing was delivered. Full refund.
- Part of the order was delivered. Refund of the undelivered part, calculated from the figures on your dashboard.
- We cancelled the order. Full refund, unless we cancelled because the order broke the terms of use.
- You were charged twice for the same order. Refund of the duplicate.
When a refund is not due
- The order was delivered and members later left. Some drop-off after delivery is normal and outside our control. Free members are a separate case: they are delivered for a stated period and withdrawn after it, which is how the free package is described before you claim it.
- You gave us the wrong link. We deliver to the link you submit. Check it before ordering — the dashboard shows you the channel we found so you can confirm it is yours.
- Your channel was removed or restricted by Telegram mid-delivery. We refund the undelivered portion in this case, but not what had already arrived.
- You sent cryptocurrency to the wrong address or network. Those funds never reach us and we cannot recover them.
- The order broke the terms of use.
How to ask
Write to Info@Teljoiner.com from the address on your account, with the order reference. We reply within two working days and pay approved refunds within seven.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid in the same cryptocurrency you paid in, to an address you give us, at the rate on the day the refund is issued. Because exchange rates move, the amount in your local currency may differ from what you originally spent.
We can also credit the amount to your Teljoiner account instead, if you would rather spend it on another order. Account credit is issued immediately and does not depend on network fees.
Free packages
Free packages cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If a free package fails to deliver, tell us — it usually means the channel is not public, and we would rather fix that than have you assume the service does not work.
